AI-Powered Insights for Sales Leaders

List Building blends company segmentation and contact discovery into one CRM-aware product experience. Users create Named Lists (static snapshots), Target Segments (dynamic, filter-driven cohorts tied to the tenant), or Territories (static or dynamic account sets assigned to reps). All lists are grounded in Creso’s knowledge graph and served through an optimized caching layer: queries that return shallow results are queued for enrichment while entity resolution dedupes and normalizes records in real time.

For people discovery, List Building prioritizes sources and context: first pull CRM contacts, then surface warm relationships from the email graph (with consent checks), and finally expand from public person ontologies for coverage. LLM-assisted deduplication and title normalization compare candidate contacts against existing CRM and email-identified people and produce an explainable, ranked candidate set with persona-fit scores, last-seen dates, and source provenance.

When lists are finalized they can be synced back to connected CRMs with robust upsert rules (account-first, email-primary matching, field-level precedence), batched retries and dead-letter handling, and optional creation of CRM segments/lists tagged with Creso List IDs and persona/territory metadata. Dynamic lists refresh on schedule or on- demand, produce delta reports for additions and removals, and surface alerts when key contacts change roles so reps act on the freshest, highest-value outreach opportunities.
